A Hand for practice, exercise, training

D Hand for drill, discipline

I Hand for internship (slight variation – non dominant handshape is the open hand)

O for orientation – (this is one possible sign for orientation and is not shown on video  however has the same movement – just use the O hand)

R Hand for rehearse (slight variation – non dominant Hand is the open hand)
